From being the busiest man in Rotaract and to being a full-time businessman, always carrying the pride of his school and country, pulling off the biggest Rotaract conference to be held in the country, DRR Sathiyeandra Tharmakulerajasingham, AKA Shakthi, has seen it all! Favourite personality and why?
Steve Jobs – He made things look easier to communicate with people. He sets the trend. Individuals who speak about his products were no Users. He was a great visionary leader.

Adolf Hitler – He may be a dictator, but ultimately he achieved what he had dreamed of.

What is your greatest strength and weakness?
Strength - I believe in me.
Weakness - Trusting others.

What is the best compliment you have ever received?
That I will out beat my dad In the Industry of Business.

If you could wake up tomorrow in the body of someone else, who would you pick and what would you do?
President Barack Obama.
I will call for one Universal Currency around the world and make travelling around the world free of charge. :P


Favourite superhero or comic book character?
Denver, The Last Dinosaur.

Do you have anyone you go to for advice? 
For general advises I always turn to my father.
If its Rotaract related then few names would pop up –Abdul Wahid, J. Pirrashanth, Saran, Ifraz Kamil, Charindra.

Who is your partner in ‘crime’?
TZ Zanoon, Shehan & Zahrah Rizwan.

If you could spend the whole day with a celebrity, who would it be?

What are your favourite pass time activities?
Photography.
Going on a long drive.

Mention a quote or saying that you closely follow?
Take chances when you are young so that you can tell stories when you are old.

Anyone can lead when the plan is working. The best lead when the plan falls apart.

Is there a movie or book that really changed the way you thought about something?
Yes, it’s Pearl Harbor.
It’s not about how strong you are, underestimating your enemy is one of the craziest mistakes you could ever do. When you are at the receiving end keep calm and withdraw with less damage and then hit back!

What is the strangest dream you have ever had?
Getting lost in a BMW showroom.
